More cities will follow as we add them. Inclusion is not an endorsement you can rely on as a guarantee, and omission is not a slight.
Accounts
Anyone can create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of reviews and dish notes you submit. Don't post other people's personal data, or anything unlawful. We may remove content or accounts that abuse the service.
Plate photos you add
Only upload photos you took yourself, of the food. Please keep other diners' faces out of the frame. You keep the copyright in your photos. By uploading one, you give LocalBite a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to show it on LocalBite — venue pages, our newsletter and our social posts about the venue — with the credit you chose, and to resize or lightly adjust it for display. We remove location data from every photo, and we never show your email as a credit.
An editor checks each photo before it appears, and we may decline or remove any photo. To have a photo taken down — including one you believe is yours and was posted by someone else — use “Suggest a correction” on the venue page and choose “A photo is wrong or yours”, or contact us. You can ask us to remove your own photos at any time.
Location and browse
Browse uses your location when you allow it — mainly to sort by nearest and show walk-time estimates. Those estimates are approximate, not guarantees.
